Where In Spain Is This?
This Photo Challenge is not 100% fair, because this is not Spain! But, many people from Northern Spain go to this small country to ski and shop. Here are your hints:
-Catalan is spoken here, as are Spanish and French.
-This is a small mountain country bordering Spain and France.
-They still allow smoking in restaurants and bars.
-Spaniards (and other Europeans) love to spend their winter holidays here, skiing.
