Here again with another Photo Friday. Where was this shot snapped? It’s a city on a river, in Catalonia, in the north. It’s not too far from France. The Scoopettes love it, especially around May for its Flower Festival. It’s the site for TBEX 2012. Can you name that place?

    Girona! Such a beautiful place. I missed the flower festival this year though..oh well, next time.
