7 Wines In Spain On Top 100 List – Wine Enthusiast Magazine

Each year, Wine Enthusiast Magazine's top tasters have the pleasure of sampling hundreds of wines to decide on the Top 100 Best Buys of 2010. They reviewed reds, whites, dessert, and sparkling wines and base their report on taste and price. When the 2010 list was uncorked, Spanish wines represented seven slots on the list. Competition was high with Italy, France, Argentina, U.S., etc. in the running. The highest ranking Spanish wine was from Rioja, a 2005, a Ramirex de Ganuza. Barcelona’s Biggest, Baddest Fiesta: La Merce

With stages covering the city offering up free music every night from the 23rd to the 26th, this city knows how to throw a bash. What's more, there are fireworks every night at the beach, free entrance into many of the city's museums, family fun at CosmoCaixa and at the Montjuic Castle, poetry slams in the park, dancing in front of the Cathedral, and parades every day. I;m leaving out tons of stuff, because honestly the amount of activities offered in the next 4 days is completely overwhelming for a culture junkie like me. I feel pulled in all directions!

Clowns Are Scary: A Night at Hotel Mas Pau

Home for the Holidays, Traditions in Oregon and Spain

For the first time in many years, I am going home for the holidays. My other home, that is, in the United States, where I grew up. Living abroad is exciting, and I adore travel, Spain, and Barcelona.
