Video Tip: Where to Shop in Barcelona, Spain

Regina Winkle-Bryan and Starring Nancy Todd

The Scoopettes’ Video Tips on what’s hot, what’s not and what we like as locals in Spain. Today we’re at some of the artisan booths along the waterfront at Port Vell in La Barceloneta. When in Barcelona also check out booths along Portal de l’Angel and the Cathedral Plaza. Avoid shops like H&M, Mango and Zara if you want something actually made in Spain (although once in a while I’ll find something in Zara made in Spain, usually though their clothing is imported from Asia).

When staying in Barcelona look at The Scoop’s recommendations on where to book for great deals and luxury digs. Or, check out for the scoop on hotels around the Catalan Capital city!

I love those tiny shoes! Do they come in grandmother size? The outdoor vendors are full of creative and really unique gifts to bring back home!

Yes Kristen, they come in bigger sizes. Bargains, some at 7 or 12 euros. You would look great in them! Nancy
